Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson was born in Mexico into a family of musicians. The majority of her childhood was spent listening to traditional music, old boleros, as well as traditional ranchero and romantic ballads. Ana is an avid fan of tangos. She also loves operas, and every form of dramatic performance. At age 16 she began to sing and study music with her mum. Flavio, a Mexican tenor of great renown began giving her a more intensive training in singing. The School of Music of Guadalajara University and the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico furthered her education in music. In Guadalajara along with Mexico City, she was part of a variety of opera choruses and chamber ensembles. Following her move in the United States in 2000, she performed with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before making the move to her current place in southern California. She sings in Ensemble XXI Redlands, and sings Latin American traditional music solo at many private events. as a music teacher and musician Ana is a dedicated participant in many projects in the community because of her passion and passion for music. Ana was also a member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana enjoys singing the traditional Latin American songs and hopes to inspire other people to follow in her footsteps.
